Live JpDeleting your data
This page explains which data Live Jp keeps and how to have it deleted. Live Jp is a live-selling tool for Facebook and TikTok used by shops.
Data we keep
- Sellers: account (username, name, phone, e-mail), shop settings, products, orders, deliveries and recorded payments.
- If the Facebook Page is connected: Page ID and name, Page access token (encrypted on the server). Video stream keys are encrypted too.
- Customers commenting during a live: public display name and the text of the “Jp” comment, and the resulting order, in the account of the shop concerned.
Remove Facebook access immediately (sellers)
- In Live Jp: Settings → Platforms → Facebook → Disconnect. The Page token is deleted immediately.
- Or from Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Live Jp, then Remove. The token stops working immediately.
Request deletion of all your data
Fill in the form below. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm it to you. We may contact you to check that the request comes from you. Records we are legally required to keep (invoices) are kept for the legal period, then deleted.
